The Temporary Staff Process

Our process for temporary staff is designed to be straightforward, efficient, and candidate-friendly. Here’s how it works:

  1. Registration
    Start by sending us your updated CV and a brief overview of your preferred roles and availability. Once we’ve reviewed your information, one of our consultants will be in touch to discuss your skills, preferences, and the types of temporary opportunities available.

  2. Placement and Onboarding
    We match you with roles that align with your skills and schedule, and you’ll receive full details on each opportunity. Once you accept an assignment, we ensure a smooth onboarding process so you can start with confidence.

  3. Weekly Timesheets
    To ensure timely payments, please submit your signed timesheets by 11am every Friday. If received by this deadline, your payment will be processed, and you’ll receive it by 5pm that same day.

  4. Payment Options
    We offer flexibility in payment arrangements, accepting both PAYE and umbrella payment structures. Our team is available to discuss these options with you and ensure you select the arrangement that best suits your needs.
